For young people with different needs, support comes in many forms. Delta Enterprise are committed to working to ensure all support needs are met.
What We Do
Supported Living
We offer supported living 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there is always someone there to support our young people.
Education Help
Whether academic or employment, our Personal Education Plans are aimed at ensuring our young people get the best educational opportunities to fulfil their ambitions.
Community Life and Support
We believe in integrating with the communities where our services are present, supporting our young people to get involved in community events and activities.
SMART Goals
Ongoing 1:1 support provided by our key workers will be based on specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time scaled goals. This will ensure that there is a consistent, ongoing level of assessment to best support the needs of the young people in our care. 1:1 key working sessions may take place 2 -3 times per week depending on the support required.
Planning
All our support planning is centred around our young people, and they are included in every aspect of planning, from home support to education.
Skills for Life
We work alongside other organisations to help provide our young people with a range of skills and experience to support the transition to independent living.
Key working sessions assist youth in building up skills
We focus on areas that require extra provision until a safe level of independence is achieved. Residents are then supported in transitioning to their own home.
