Our Referral Process
We welcome referrals from local authorities and commissioners across the Pan-London spectrum, recognizing the importance of providing support to young people in need of relocation for their safety.
1. Preliminary Consultation
We initiate a preliminary telephone consultation to discuss current vacancies and understand the support needs of prospective young people.
2. Assessment Procedure
The completion of a Delta Enterprises internal assessment form is essential to evaluate risk and support requirements. This form is then internally reviewed by Delta Enterprises.
6. Induction Process
Upon the young person’s arrival at the placement, they undergo an induction process, which includes: Agreeing to house rules, Signing a license agreement, Completing a risk management plan, Booking the first key work session, scheduled within 48 hours of moving in, to finalize the support plan.
